Right now, we have a no refunds, returns, or cancellations policy (except where prohibited or voided). We are a small, indie record label, and we represent a huge roster of artists. We believe in paying them fairly for their incredible work. Every time we issue a refund, we’re essentially taking money out of our artist’s pockets, many of whom aren’t able to create music full time, so we’ve put this policy in place to protect them.
